The custom house was completely rebuilt in 2003/2004 at a cost of over $400,000. The house has Pella windows, standing seamless metal roof, Trex decking, cement-vinyl siding with a cedar style finish that is termite proof, fire resistant, and maintenance free. The floors are heated, there are two propane stoves (family area and master bedroom), and there is central heat and air. Roll-up awnings are on the east, south, and west side of the house.
The downstairs floors are tile and wood. The upstairs has two bedrooms, two baths, a walk in closet, and new carpet. There is a huge master suite with walk-in organized closet and another half bath. The house foundation was also rebuilt. All appliances are new. There are over 3100 sq. ft., not counting the deck and a spectacular screened porch with custom hand hewed beams and a tongue in groove ceiling.
